Health-Sync app for iPhone and iPad

An App that allows you to store/manage medical records of the entire family, search for doctors, consult with them, book appointments and share medical records with them.
Medical records are just too many to keep track of, when it is for your entire family, the records grow many fold, that is why we thought of Health-Sync, it allows you to store, view, manage and share your medical records, its not just convenient and useful but safe and secure.

Note: Doctors have to be registered at http://healthsync.in to be listed on the App. We request you to have your Physicians complete a simple registration process and connect with them seamlessly. We hope you find it useful!

***How it works***

1. User Registers with this Health-Sync & adds his/her family members into the App. In case of physical illness, the user searches for a list of available doctors in Health-Sync & gets informed about their available time slots.

2. He/She can then select & book appointments with a doctor of their choice. The doctor will receive a request on his dedicated web portal & either confirms or rejects the appointment.

3. The user get notified with the status of their appointment through a push notification.

4. Post consultation, the doctor can optionally add prescription/tests/notes towards a patient.

5. The user gets notified on the updates instantly through his App. He/she can also store a photo copy of their physical medical transcripts into Health-Sync App for easy reference.

6. The doctors needs to be registered with http://healthsync.in in order to serve patients using Health-Sync.
